perpignan

Just to add, in the Caravan Europe book, only one site is mentioned for Perpignan, at Villeneuve-de-la-Raho, and comment is made about the poor sanitary facilities being insufficient for the size of the site.

Le Haras takes Camping Cheques, (www.campingcheque.co.uk) so is a very reasonble

Thank you Val for your reply, have now chosen one called ma prarie near Canet Plage, luckily had a special offer on through the CC. Have no idea what it's going to be like as it seems to have mixed reviews!

Unfortunately had caravan broken into on Monday, hopefully the door wont take to long to fix.

Hi,

we stayed on the Marie Parie last June, quite full and many English, showers clean, pool small but clean. You need a car or bikes to get to the beach, Canet-en-R which is lovely but can be windy. Drive west along the coast lovely, Port Vendre and Colloure where Picasso lived.
