Peugeot 407 2.0se 136 bhp

Hi Anthony, I have just sold my 407 saloon 136bhp for a couple of reasons, firstly at speed the caravan became very twitchy to the point where on the motorway at one point i could only do 40mph mainly because of cross winds but to be honest the wind wasn't too bad, secondly the nose weight is an appaling 65k hardly enough for the few main things that live in the front locker,

However if you have a light caravan the car could be for you, with no wind we have sat at 60/65 with cruise control on without any problems you just have to keep an eye for the lorrys and those stealth buses which creep up on you, we managed to get 30+mpg towing which isn't bad for a car of this size.

And finally check the kerbweight of the car, handbook say's 1560k weighbridge 1490k with half tank diesel and driver. hope this helps.
