Polmanter St Ives - condition please?

Hi we are thinking of going to Polmanter this weekend coming but the weather has been so bad just wondered if anyone knew the condition of the pitches please?
 
I was at Polmanter at the beginning of August when it had rained for days and I was pleasently surprised at the condition of the pitches. Hardly any mud at all. They do seem to put themselves out down there to look after the place.
