Hi there,
This is my first van and it has developed a few problems after being out in the winter. Firstly it developed a few leaks, mainly at the plastic pipe joints. I got these sorted.
Secondly the electric flush won't work on the toilet. Its a Thetford ok but the model Im not sure of. Its very similar to a C2 but I cannot find the fuse for it to check if thats the problem. Its not where the internet says it is ie. in the roof of the waste container compartment (directly under the toilet). Could it be that is does not have a fuse???
Lastly, I didnt drain the system you see before the freezing winter. I have since found out how to drain the pump (pull out the stop end of the tube directly under it) but this doesnt seem to relase a lot of water. How do I completely drain all pipes etc next winter to avoid more leaks again???
I have a 1995 Swift Challenger 490 SE.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
Richard
