Lisa.

I think you believe that I'm pulling your leg.

I can assure you I'm not stood on anything and only ever wear flat shoes or I hit my head walking through to many doorways/

In the 70's when big heals were in fashion for young men I had a hell of a game getting fashionable shoes that helped me keep my head bruise free!

My son is taller than me and my daughters 6' amd about 5'11' or so and my wife is still around 5'10 or though she says she has shrunk :)
Cris, It sounds as if you're family is the same size as mine.

Hubby 6'6", I'm 5'10", daughter 6'1" and son 6'7". Must be something I fed um :O)

Tony the race is on the Sat 17th and Sun 18th of June but testing is done throughthe week before the race and the crowds strat coming in throughthe week to see practice and set up thier camps.

The races Qualifying week starts on the 4th of June. So the whole circus will roll in a week before. Qualifying week will see hotels around the area very busy and some people who come to watch.

So the race crews are there on and off for nearly three weeks. With a few going to their homelands between Quali week and Race Week.

So le Mans will have three weeks of well "Fueled" race crews roaming around :-(

Some of the guys I know on the one of my photo's above, so plenty of mechanics around if you have a problem ;-)
