removal of sticky tape residue - revisted

Some time ago there was a topic relating to removal of sticky tape residue from windows. Could someone remind me of the best way to do this without scratching the window.

I did not see the article to which you refer, but you can buy in bottles 'Sticky Stuff Remover' which I have bought from the likes of Kleenezee or another make is Goo Gone. Both are very good.
