Hi there,
We have recently started a little project on a old Eccles Topaz (Little Gem). I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what the right name is for the seal around the hole on the ceiling by skylight? Or what we use to replace it?

Depends on the overall profile but you could measure the current strip and try a website like seals direct to look for a match.
