David,

I have been towing for last 3 yrs with the shogun pinin 5 door 2 litre equippe at almost 100% weight match without any problems. 3 things I don't like - very small fuel tank, very small boot & difficult to hitch up with an alko type stabliser due to door mounted spare wheel. Mitsubishi recommend min 1000 miles running in prior to towing anything & another pinin owner I met on site said his dealer refused to fit a towbar until he had completed this mileage.

Les.

Also beware of speed humps. I entered a CCC site with a couple at the entrance and it damaged the jockey wheel. I was told by the warden that this was because the height of the tow bar on the car. I had a 5dr elegance.

Was not what I wanted on my very first outing
