No help I am afraid re sourcing said parts, usually described as 'end trims'.

Don’t have a clue what they are, but have you tried a Caravan breakers? The forums for vintage vans may help.

The vintage style decorative trim caps might be hard to find but there are plenty of modern trim end caps about.

Magnum Motorhomes buy up old stock from manufacturers so might be able to help.
