Have a look at Hawthorn Farm, Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe (01507 441503) Page 129 Sites Handbook. Been there three times, play area seemed to be a meeting point for youngsters which kept our ten year old grandson happy. As a treat we have had some nice meals at The Anchor Inn, Alford 5ish miles. Mablethorpe 6 miles, Skeggie 15.

P.S. I often wonder if Mable Thorpe might be a friend of Primrose Hill !

Southview Caravan Park is located just outside Skeggy; it has all the bells and whistles associated with a large park. It mainly caters for Static's but tourers are welcome too. It's been a while since we have been there but when we last went things like the shower block were immaculate and spacious. Not the cheapest place to stay, but in my opinion worth the extra. Bank and summer holidays very busy, if you can avoid these times do so.

Hope this helps.

Hi

Hawthorn Farm cc is a lovely site. We have stopped there several times over the past few years. We will be going back in the future. We have 3 kids including a child with a disability.

Site is flat. Kids like the play area. Wardens good and helpful. Miles of sandy beeches near by. Annette

Hi,

We stayed at Skegness Sands CC site which was excellent plenty for kids in the area. The site has its own gate to the prom. There are some shops right next door, small supermarket, gift shops etc., Skegness sands has a swimming pool which is part of the static part of the site. There are parent and toddler bathrooms and a play area.
