I think this car will be the towcar of the year in 2010.Dont know the spec yet,not launched til September,but it looks the part.Any comments?

PS I dont work for Skoda.
 
As it is based on a shortened (reduced overhangs) Octavia, then the kerb weight could be quite low and no news yet on tow weights.
 
Currently on my second Skoda Octavia vRS, both fitted with the 170 bhp TDi unit (first PD second one common rail).

We can't wait to see the Yeti. A 170 TDi will be on our shopping list.

If it is as good a towcar as the Octy it will do us well.
 
Some websites are quoting 1600kg as the max. towload whereas others say 1800kg. We shall have to wait and see what Skoda finally come up with.
