Sprite Cadet 10 - Offside Lights

Hi Folks,

I'm throwing myself on the mercy of the experienced here. I picked up a vintage Sprite Cadet recently and have been fixing/renovating/replacing...

I replaced the OS light housing and for the life of me can't seem to get the lights working again. I swear I've tried every combination with the wires but can only seem to get the indicator working. All bulbs work.

Its probably a simple question to answer for you guys, so if someone could oblige I would really appreciate the help.

There are essentially 4 wires. Green, Green/Blue, Red and Black. There are two connectors brake light side, one connector indicator side and an earth.

Would one of you fine folk be able to confirm which wire should go on which connector?

You might find this helpful to identify standards wiring coulours for UK trailers.

But I note that the colours do ot seem to match those in your caravan. Has a previous owner rewired it I wonder?

Hi Warren - I had a Cadet 12 in 1980 and still have the original handbook which has a wiring diagram. I have scanned this but can not see where to place it on this forum. If you still require this info and know how to place/send a picture on here let me know.
