Storage costs and storage in Erdington, Birmingham

Hi,

Does anybody know of any storage yards in Birmingham? ideally close to Erdington?

Also how much should storage cost? I've just bought a caravan with storage paid til oct and the farm it's on want £25/month paid in 3 month installments - is this normal - £300/year?

Bramscote Mains have a website with prices on, and are Cassoa Gold certified - David is pretty involved with Cassoa, and I think is building an extension to the site.
