Storage site insisting on their servicing

Problem I had after they serviced it was a couple of faults that needed attention.
Unfortunately, the storage compounds workshop said they were unable to do any warranty work with the company the warranty is with.
So I ended up taking it to the supplying main Bailey dealer anyway for the warranty work to be carried out.
Might just have taken it to them for its service in the first place.
Oh no.......I forgot.....I agreed to let them service it when I signed the contract didn't I?.
Hang on though.....I could have taken it for its service to main dealer and had an extra £100 added to storage fee.🤣🤣

I am afraid this is one of the problems with this storage contract. I assume the storage firm is NCC approved, as if not the guarantee might be voided. If they are NCC approved I would have thought they could do the guarantee work, but presumably have enough business without wanting to get involved.
