Suitable towcar?

I have a Vectra DTI 1995cc and wanted to know what kind of towcar this would be. Was thinking of towing a 2 berth about 1100kgs. New to caravanning so opinions gratefully received.

You should be fine with that combination, John. You might want to find out the individual weight of your car, that way you may find the choice of caravans may be greater than you think.
 
Our 2ltr 83BHP Di vectra (1998) only had a max tow weight of 1000kg, and the 100BHP DTi was still only 1200kg.

If you have one of the older type engines you`ll need to check carefully.

The newer 2ltr CDTi engines will be fine though.
