I cannot appear to change the height of the flame when I have lit the oven or grill . Unfortunaltey I dare not use the oven as I cannot be sure that the correct temperature is being maintained.

Any suggestions how to rectify the problem ?

Craig, with regard to the oven the control varies the temperature of the oven thermostat so the flame will be full until the temperature is reached and then the flame backs off sufficient to retain the temperature at the thermostat setting.

Sorry I can't help with regards to the grill as I am only a novice , limiting myself to making toast and always have it on full. Ray
