Thetford C2 leak

There is a leak from the holding tank vent on my Thetford C2 toilet. It appears that whatever covered the vent internally is no longer there.

Anyone similar issue and can I fix or will I have to replace the tank.

Bob, you can replace the vent , instructions are on the Thetford web site, ands spares available from your dealer, or waudbys, o'learys or maybe even towsure.

Thanks Damian but its not the vent its whatever is inside the tank that seals it.

Bob, if you get the replacement vent, it comes complete with internal and external parts.

If it is just a seal gone, just get the vent seal kit.
