Tow hitch - which grease?

Hi all,
Ok so I haven't done this before and the last time I used a grease gun was to grease the ball joints in my 1972 Triumph Spitfire Mk IV when I used to use Castrol LM. Moving on 43 years..............
The Alko tow hitch on my 2018 Swift Challenger 480 could do with re-greasing. I've located the grease nipple on the underside of the hitch. So, 2 questions.
1. Which is the correct / best grease to use?
&
2. I pressume after cleaning the nipple I keep applying grease until I see grease squeezing out of a joint.

Pretty much whatever you have, it's not as if it's a high load/high temperature environment where resistance to eitger is critical is it? It's more about stopping corrosion I reckon.

Two things,
1 I don't know which grease to use, for the hitch Not the tow ball, I still have a tub of Castrol LM( low melting point) that I use on bolt shanks for almost everything that might rust, except brakes.
2, If you use an AWS tech to service your caravan, then he will know.

Congratulations on actually finding the hitch shaft's single grease nipple if it is the same as mine. IMO that's quite a challenge in itself.
( Edit; found an image if others need it)

I use Castrol LM, have been doing so for decades. Thinking aloud, the only real area of concern I suspect is that as the bearings are a "plastic", some grease matrix bases, might cause swelling. Seems from my experience LM does not to any level of concern, this van I have serviced for 16 years.Photo Merged[4994].jpg
