Truma Saphir Compact Remote Control

Our Truma Saphir Compact Remote Control has 4 buttons (apart from on/off - mode, fan, + and - for temperature. The instructions for tuning it to the IR unit are for a Remote which has 14 buttons. Does anyone know how to use the 4 -button Remote to tune the IR unit please. TIF. Mike

What are you calling 4 button type. Can we have a picture of your Remote if you slide the bottom of the Remote below the On Off down this exposes the other buttons which also exposes the Resend and also the Reset button
