Truma Saphir Compact Remote Control

Our Truma Saphir Compact Remote Control has 4 buttons (apart from on/off ) - mode, fan, + and - for temperature. The instructions for tuning it to the IR unit are for a Remote which has 14 buttons. Does anyone know how to use the 4 -button Remote to tune the IR unit please. TIA. Mike

What are you calling 4 button type. Can we have a picture of your Remote if you slide the bottom of the Remote below the On Off down this exposes the other buttons which also exposes the Resend and also the Reset button

If you look next to the diagram of the conduit layout there is an image of the 4-button type. Then, of you scroll down, the instructions are for the 14-buttin type. Thanks again for your interest

Yes but as I said below those buttons, open the front of the remote down and you have all the other buttons as shown behind it, as shown in the lower picture for setting. Click on Pictures I have taken with front of remote slid open halfway showing buttons behind second picture front of remote closed

Yes - thanks to Birdman. I'd crawled all over the remote but when I saw his two photos I slid the bottom part open - which was a little bit stiff and opened with a "click" the first time. I knew that the Air-Con was working because you can start in default mode by using a ball-point pen in a small hole in the IR unit.
