Truma ultrastore switch

Hi we have a Avondale Dart and the Truma ultrastore switch will not turn .The gas lights ok but we can't turn the heat up on it .Can anybody help me with this please .

You need to replace the switch

Not sure if the switches are a serviceable item as the outer ring should easily click to setting, and the inner ring to the desired temperature as shown in the clip.
