V W Transporter/ mini bus

Has any one used the V W Transporter mini bus 2.5 to tow. I think it will be ok but

any advise obout this vihical would be gratfully received.

anthony re transporter vw 2.5 very good tow and also you can carry all the heavy stuff in the shuttle. we have towed from home to Tring grand union canal,and down to Mevagissey good drive and not tireing hope this is of some help dave

Anthony, we have a VW Transporter 2.5 petrol,(automatic), we tow our caravan with it. We have been into France on four occasions and on another trip down to lake Garda. The VW is 5 years old and has been a dream to drive and tow with. Highly recommend it, ours is adapted for a wheelchair and has a side lift fitted.
