Vango awnings

I have had a vango awning since april 2021,and this year we used it quite a bit as we retired.One rainy windy night the roof which had gone white in the sun ripped like paper and the whole awning blew down and mangled.But vango said guarantee didnt cover that so im £500 down.
 
Sorry to hear that, we are on our third Vango and no real problems,we have a 420 air, in the garage not being used, small repairs on roof, if it is any use to you
 
Sorry to hear that we brought our first 2021 Vango Capella 220 Air and canopy poles but we sold our caravan and the Vango went on ebay it was sold in thirty mins and i posted it to his address . so i hope you manage to get another one .
 
We have had a Vango Varkala connect 280 since 2018 and it has been used 18 times and is still as new except for a bit of mould on the curtains (my own fault) No leaks, excellent quality and minimal condensation.
I suppose that there are rogue ones in all makes
