Water pump

My water pump is driving me nuts! I have to go outside and jiggle it about everytime i want to turn the water on. Any tips?

I the pins on the end oo the pump are round they might need opening out with a slim blade, be carful they break easily.If not have a look at the conection a the same place. J.Lo

Hello Martyn

I had a very similar problem and i ended up changing all the crimp joints under on the wires from the taps to the pump housing under the sink in the bathroom /toilet area and also under the sink in the kitchen area and now it works perfect,one thing to check is the connections to the pump housing where the pins are,from inside the van make sure they are not loose.

I had the same problem. Borrow someone elses and see if it works then. If it does, take the thing apart at the van end of the pump. This happened to us. I found that the wires had corroded so the connection was weak.
