Hi, we have just purchased our first caravan, its a swift conquerer we have purchased a whale water pump but when connecting it the water is coming straight back out of a hole adjacent to the pump connector we have been told to close the valve but cant locate it. hope someone on here can help as we are novices to all this. thank you.
 
If you mean coming out underneath the caravan, then the drain valve for the hot water tank is still open. Which is what Mr Grumpy is referring to. Should be next to the hot water tank.
 
The first photo is where the water pump connects the second is a the back of the caravan under the bed. Can't locate a yellow lever anywhere. Help lol
 
Can only suggest you look around the area inside the van above where the water is coming out. There should be a valve there to allow the system to be drained.
 
If it were the Trauma, I have a outside shower connection net to the water inlet,,I don't know if Whale do the same.
