Yesterday in Brean it was raining when we left in the morning. Today down in Weymouth it is raining. Seems winter has come back with a vengeance!

We stayed on the grass pitches in field 5. Next time we will choose a hard standing as most seem to have drainage in front of the pitch. Still means that you need to use wastemaster, but easier to empty.

Today is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, the start of the summer season. Itโ€™s cold, raining hard, dull and overcast, canโ€™t cut the lawns before we leave. Have I missed something or are BBโ€˜s weather predictions ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ฆ

Two Mills North Walsham Kev. Donโ€™t tell me the rain master is going there๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคช
Dont panic DD, i was just curios as we havent really been up that way, well I did a course at Kings Lynn and thats about it, so just looking at options, let us know if any good ๐Ÿ‘

Edit; DD I see on there web site they have a maximun length for motorhomes of 7.315m but nothing regards van, your van must be longer than the 7.135 (24 feet), my van shipping length is 7.95 or are they concerned with body length?

Kev. The super pitches are plenty big enough. Mine is 7.98 mtrs total. No worries. Never actually caravanned in Norfolk before so looking forward to something different.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

You will enjoy it. The bird reserves on the marshes are great, a trip to Blakeney Point for seal l viewing, the small inlets and coastal villages with great seafood. Holkham Park and. beach excellent. A good area to visit. We were at Fakenham last November. Lots of migrants coming over at that time.
