Website similar to Google Earth

Hi

Can someone tell me the name of the website some people use to view areas from above, not Google Earth. I can't remember what it's called.

Thanks.

Lisa

Hi Lisa - can I also go to Heaven and not hell & damnation if I say to you to try "Virtual Earth". I am also a good boy - honest I wont let you down if I do go to heaven.

LMH, Another to try that I use is www.multimap.com get to the map at whatever magnification you require then click on aerial, great for checking site location and surrounding areas.

I think the site you're looking for, Lisa, is called "flashearth".

The microsoft maps on this site will give you street names and you can zoom in close enough to count your roof tiles. Only thing is some of the images are not the most up to date.
