***UPDATE for anyone else this may help in future, popped the blue end off the submersible end of the pump with a screwdriver, rotated the blades through the little hole a couple of times backwards and forwards, reassembled and hey presto all working fine now 🤞***
Currently away in france and whale pump was working fine moved to another site and pump wouldn't run left it for a while and seemed to sort itself out. Moved on again and now nothing from the pump, went on for a brief second then nothing. Have checked the voltage across the terminals in the pump housing outside the van and all OK. The light on the switch to turn the pump on is constantly on too, seem to remember this should only illuminate when the pump is running?
I thought it would also fill the alde hot water tank once plugged in but nothing there either.
It doesn't have an ic unit and can't see a pressure switch, it does have a dial that can be adjusted with a screwdriver (see attached pic) so have fiddled with that, it either just screws all the way out or all the way in, but again nothing and now can't remember where it was originally set to 🫣
