I am missing Sproket's regular replies with his links on every subject, have I missed something? Has he deserted us for pastures new, hopefully not, or has he changed his name. I have picked up so much info from his links, and have been amazed how quickly he came up with them, in reply to the various posts. Is he away on a trip, answers please.

Trust you enjoyed your visit to Bedford, for the Twinwoods Music Festival. Looking at the photographs in the local paper, there did not seem to be many people there, although they indicated it was a full house ?
We had booked a visit to the CC Site ate Greetham near Rutland Water and had a great weekend. It was our first real weekend away in the caravan, our other outings were trials, when we were trying to establish how to do things properly.

I think that Sprocket might be away at the moment, we often exchange emails and he hasn't yet replied to mine which I sent last night.
We went to Clapham on the Wednesday and stayed at Woodland Park down in the village for a night before going round the corner to the festival site on Thursday. We met some real old charachters in the Star on the Wednesday night, they were very friendly and talkative which is always nice when you are a stranger to the area.
Both of the festival sites were full, I think that the damp weather deterred some of the day visitors who usually go just for Bank Holiday Monday because there were a few tickets left just for that day.
The weather was not as warm as it usually is at the festival but nevertheless we enjoyed every minute of it and look forward to going for the 10th Anniversary event next year.
It's great that you enjoyed your first 'proper' weekend in your new caravan, seasoned caravanners now George!
