Our new caravan (not yet delivered) apparently has a "Wi-Fi plug in harness" included.

What does that actually mean - is it the internal wiring for having a mi-fi router installed?

If so, what more do I need to actually use that? Do I need only an 4G router with aerial connections, or will I also need to install a 4g aeriel onto the wiring?

If it's just internal wiring, where does the wiring go from and where to? (it's a Swift Sprite Exclusive Major 4EB that we are getting). I have read that to install an external aerial on the roof, I need to drill a hole in the roof, and I'm not sure if that will invalidate the warranty. Need to check with dealer, but does this "harness" mean that there is already something prepared in advance?

i would ask both your supplier & Swift, possibly one or both may answer and the answers could even be "similar".

The use of the word "harness" implies it is only going to be some prewiring.

Don't worry about effecting your warranty. I posed tge question about holes I might drill to Bailey, their response is below. I would expect all manufacturers to hold the same view.
