That looks a bit like the weather we had in holland a few weks back !! Ive never seen hail stones like it ! Wife and kids were beside themselves ! Within minutes the roads were flooded ! Some holiday 🙁

We were going to move over to Cambridge area but thought we can do that another time as there is plenty to do in the Stratford area. And of course the Bar is handy for wet weather days [most days] 🙂

Kev, have a look at Houghton mill, between Huntingdon and St Ives. A national trust site. £23 a night. Two dog friendly pubs and a river to swim in. Great place.

Stage one of the Cripple Cart conversion starts on Friday. Not sure yet when it'll cross the water for stage two to be completed :cheer: . Certainly NOT going to be with us for Stratford though 🙁

I have been in contact with Riverside with a list of names of the Woosies who will be attending with dates of arrival.
I have asked them if we can all be pitched together as a group.

I will contact them again and let them know there will now be 9 caravans attending and to add crazyguider's friend's names to the Woosie list.

So got back from 6 nights on Wednesday being in Dorset.

Steam Fair ....Excellent, met a fellow Woosie there for a coffee in the morning and a beer in the afternoon [cant tell you which one, I dont want to be seen to be trying to butter them up 😉 😉 B)

Dissapointed the rain man didnt provide the wet stuff :lol: :lol: :lol: [Except on last day approching Devon] 🙁

Not a fan of there roads up there, kept either getting dizzy going around there love of roundabouts, whats that all about? or stopped stationary in traffic queues every where you wanted to go, even around Corfe Castle at 8.30pm at NIGHT 🙁 🙁 🙁
Oh well at least in Stratford we can get a river Taxi to town :kiss:
