Although Argentina have beaten the All Blacks previously, I am a bit unsure of the outcome but my money is on the All Blacks. Could be a very interesting game.

If England and Argentina end up as the runner ups, that could be a very good game to watch as both will be evenly match.

Watching the Wales vs Argentina match on Saturday, the Argies out played Wales considerably and they have some really top rate players.

Our biggest beef is the lateness of the game as the games only start at about 8.30pm so for us a visit to the local to watch the game is out. Even going over to daughter at that hour is a bit late for us as game will only finish just before 10pm and then the drive home albeit a few miles.

Are you looking at a South African website? All of the ones I have looked at say it's 2000 kick off in Paris, just like the matches played so far. Some streaming services start alt 2030 for some reason.

Nope by watching TV. The first 30 minutes before they game the presenters and others babble on and analyse all the possibilities of what could happen etc. Very boring stuff as all you want to do is watch the game.

In France the game starts at 7pm, but we are an hour behind so it is 8pm for us.

I think you are wrong wrt the timings. France is 1 hour ahead of us not behind. So a British 2000 is French 2100. Whilst the tv broadcast starts well before kick off the actual kick off time for the semi finals is 2000 (BST) not 2030.

French Summer Time ends on the same date as ours 29 October so we are always one hour behind.

You are aware that the match is being played in France and it starts at 7pm? Behind or in front I don't care as long as we watch the game at the time it is broadcast which is normally30 minutes past the broadcasters start time. :ROFLMAO:

Here is the definite broadcast time, but not necessary as to when the game actually starts. https://www.englandrugby.com/fixtures-and-results/match-centre/rwc23-england-south-africa-sf#preview

Dusty must be confused also.
I am really sorry I mentioned the time of the start as it has now developed into a full blown argument about nothing!

Did you watch the match last night and note the time it actually started and finished? The program is broadcast from 7.15pm until 10.30pm with the actual time of the match probably starting at 8pm so I got the 30 minutes waffling time incorrect.

There are 2 halves of 40 minutes each so altogether 80 minutes playing time with a 15 minute half time break. Game finishes about 9.35pm if no injury time.

That is correct although the actual game starts a lot later possibly at about 8pm which could explain the 20.00 advertised in the fixtures?

I lived in Wales for four years and remember going to Stradey Park in Autumn 1972. In a hard close fought match The Scarlets beat the All Blacks. It was a fantastic atmosphere and after the match in the pubs the Kiwi fans were handing out fern leaf badges. Great times.

Looking forward to two good games, but why do the authorities arrange a Bronze playoff. All the losing semi finalists would want to do is fly home not hang around for a week. Purely financial greed by the organisers.
