We are going to the above C.C. Site some time in February, I see there is a few pubs in the village, Which is the best one for food, Thanks Trevor
 
Hi Trevor, we have stayed at Ashridge a few times, unfortunatley we have no personal experience of the pubs in the village, but the wardens there told us they were all very good. And they are only a short walk from the site.

This is a lovely little site very ***** and span nice layout.yes there are several pubs in the village and they all sever up good food.The old church clock sounds very ghostly late at night when it chimes the hour.There are some nice walks around the site too. Enjoy your stay.Jim
