Battery charger

I have recently aquired an Elddis Crown 13/2, 1995, and was surprised to find there is no built-in battery charger.
Can anyone advise me on what sort I need and how to fit it?

By 1995 all UK caravans were sold with a mains powered 12V power supply (actually 13.8V) which also charged the battery.

Are you sure its not there. To check remove the battery, plug in the mains hook up and see if any 12V appliances or lights work.
 
Look hard and look well as in my Bailey's it was housed in a metal kinda casing which had to be unscrewed to be revealed .....
 
Maybe the Battery charging side of the caravan Power Supply Unit. PSU. Has failed. Still leaving you with 12 volts supply to light but not battery charging. Happened on my last Coachman.
