Hi, Hutch, My in laws had a Sprite Alpine of the same vintage and your photo shows one that looks suspiciously like the one my wife's aunt had so it brings back memories. My parents had a Bailey Maru and we started with a Piper 1970s vintage again with a foot pump for the water, a gas mantle and one florescent tube for lighting, an empty toilet compartment and the light powered by the car battery. Still it had very little to go wrong.
Must see if I can dig out some old photos.
 
I had a Bailey Maur EK Had a L shaped lay, Had to repair the lentil above the door, it split from the door to the awning rail. Weight of the Kitching I believe. I didn't think I'd made a good job of it, dealer took it in part exchange.
