Caravan sites around Croyde

A year or so ago I was told about what sounded like a perfect caravan site a stones' throw from the beach at Croyde. Never wrote down the name; can anyone assist?

Are you thinking of Ruda ??

that one is almost on the beach - but its a large commercial site with statics and entertainment and stuff, if thats what you are looking for. Good location though.
 
There is another smaller one on the road into Croyde from Braunton just as close to the beach but do not know its name.

Have stayed at Ruda and would go back - steer clear of the takeaway though!

Cherry Tree Farm

5 mins from the beach, small site...is that the one your'e on about Garry?
 
If you zoom in until you have Croyde Bay on Multimap.com

Ruda is the campsite sign pointing to a phone symbol.

The one across the road used to be Croyde Burrows/Croyde Bay Holidays and is now part of Ruda.

I think Cherry Tree is the tents only site to the NE of Ruda.

The site I am talking about is the one on the main road in underneath the PH and chapel signs.
