Have a look in your yellow pages theres often enough places that will cut foam to size for you.

We had all our cushions, curtain, carpets etc replaced last year. Rather than take pot luck I rang our local dealers and asked who they used.... and promptly rang them! Got the job done beautifuuly and at quite a reasonable cost. So we have a 'new' caravan for a fraction of the cost!!!
