It may help with you give us the model of fridge as they are all different models. Label should be on the inside by the salad tray at bottom.

Are you running it on gas or electric. Or isn’t it cold enough on either power source? Have the winter covers been removed?
 
Make sure you have not overloaded the fridge and also the freezer side of it. Some one posted that they had problems of their fridge not cooling, so they took meat out of the freezer to cook, rather than spoil. Next morning the fridge was working perfectly.
It is worth a try.
 
We have never fitted winter covers to our fridge ventilation, caravanned in 0c in France and the Uk and in Winter.
Well it would not be summer would it. Dohh
