double glazed window seperating

When we had an Abbey GT 214 some years ago I replaced the 3 front windows with one big one and after a while that seperated

We were in Yorkshire and tried tubes of superglue to no avail

We ended up at the factory and bought a new front window which was fitted on the caravan site !!
