Hi, it's a 2018 swift conqueror 650 . the control panel for the EC 620 has stopped operating the fridge controls.
 
I suspect that they haven’t put the data cable back in in the rear of the fridge.
If this is the case open the lower vent, have a look around for a cable that has a similar end on it as a telephone cable, there will be a socket for it to plug into.
