Can't get the water pump to work .
New battery. New outside attachment hose.
Open to all solutions. Thanks Kenny

When you say it won’t work, do you mean it is completely dead or it is making the usual pumping noise and no water is coming through or it is leaking water?

As above, more info is needed to try and fault find, BUT as an interim:
  • Have you followed the correct procedure to make sure everything (including the pump) is "on"?
  • Is it a pressurised system or a microswitch system?
    • A pressurised system activates the pump when a pressure drop in the system is noticed as a tap starts to run. Sometimes the pressure switch can fail.
    • A micro-switch system activates the pump by a microswitch on the base of each tap. Sometimes the microswitches can fail.
  • Is the end of the pick up pipe at the bottom of the aquaroll? Sometimes they float to the top and just draw in air (but you'll hear the pump running when the taps are open).
If the pump isn't running then a multimeter (cheap from Screwfix etc) can be used to see where 12 volts is reaching and will usually lead to the fault.

Welcome to the forum, Back to basics, there is normally a small switch, near the Master On switch, which switches ON power to the pump, try switching both of these on.

Assuming the pump switch on your control panel is switched on it sounds like the pump impeller in the aquaroll has failed.

Yes but change them all on Saturday aswell. Thanks
Remove the pump connector from the van and chech the voltage across the two connectors. Do you have 12 volts at the connector and will it light a normal car stop lamp bulb. If so the problem is the pump if not then is the pressure switch working?

If you have a water pump, in the Aqua roll, it is a well known problem to have electrical contact problems, they can be cleaned up with a nail emery board, the impeller on the pumps tend to stick a small screw driver entered into the bottom of the pump and a gentle twist, should free it up.
