flemings white bridge killarney

Fleming's White Bridges an excellent site with a warm and welcoming team running it. Hard standings as wellas grass pitches. Hotel/bar/restaurant within walking distance outwards uphill inwards after a few glasses of Liffey Water you don't notice or care. Speak to the owners re fishing - trout stream is adjacent to the site. Plenty of other beats not too far away. A couple of tackle shops in Killarney town that sell licences/permits and will give excellent advice. When we were last there claret coloured flies (claret pennell) were doing the business.

Haydn - when in that area you must visit the Ring of Kerry and Waterville - it is a beautiful area and the residents of Waterville are very welcoming and laid back. There are also many fishing lakes overlooking the village and it is possible to go fishing on the lakes with the locals.

Thank you, I will tie up a few in the next day or so.

sounds like an excellent choice, eleven days of heaven by the sound of it.

will post results when we get back, mind you if it's that good I might do a bunk an stay there.

regards Haydn.
