Gas issues

Hiya all,

We have bought a 2019 Altea DK542 and love the van. All is sorted but we cannot get gas in the van. We are struggling to find the main cut off switch as I think that is the issue. Cannister is full and the switch is open. We have opened the 4 switches under the oven and 1 under the seat but it still won't work. Any ideas please
 
Not a scooby. Sorry. However when we had a gas issue it turned out to be a faulty regulator not letting gas into the van. Hope it is just as simple as a cut off switch though. A phone call to an Adria dealer may help you work it out.

Hiya. Many thanks we are staying at holmfirth and our friend (a gas fitter) came and sorted. Many thanks nad keep trucking lol
