Have been to Grin low acouple of times ,it is nice quiet set in an old quarry in the Buxton Country Park. Birds can be a bit noisey at times

There is plenty to see, Buxton has a good Pavilion with plenty of shows and stars to see, Pooles Caven is also in Buxton, other places to see Chatsworth house/park.Prime walking around this area and also try Dovedale one of the best walks.

If you like cycleing you can ride along one of the trails (High peak or Tissington trail)these are old railway tracks converted for walkers and bikes
