Hello !

Hi everyone.

My name is Richard,I live in the Rhondda Valley South Wales,I've been caravaning all my life (40 years old)thanks to mam and dad,I now share my caravan with my partner Alison and our 2 year old daughter Amy (the boss).

Our outfit is headed by a 96 Mondeo pulling a 91 Compass Omega.

I look forward to contributing to the forum.

Cheers Richard.....

Welcome to the mad house. The official greeter will be along in good time (if she survived the return from her first ever caravan trip) or the Lord will do the official welcome.

The forum is friendly and a little tongue in cheek at times so take off yor coat, kick off the shoes and dive in!

Hi Richard and welcome -it's great to see more Welsh blood contributing to the forum. Beware do NOT enter Hereford as, according to Lord B., there is an ancient law which to date is still enforcable whereby a Hereford man can shoot a Welshman on the streets of Hereford with an arrow. Personally I think that he is dreaming and wants to start a fight at Offa's Dike. He has taken early retirement and has nothing better to do than to take umbridge against us Celts. Taken the right way, preferabley by the scruff of the neck, he is not such a bad chap but still don't let your gaurd drop for one minute. Also beware if he offers you a job, Viagra or Horlicks.

Have a look under the heading "Chit Chat" and sub heading "Welsh Sites". Lord B. ........... I rest my case for the prosecution and request your honour to pass the most severe sentence possible - even hung, drawn and quartered is too good for this infidel.

Hi Richard

I have returned (early) from our first trip out with the van, due to the horrendous snow/rain in the peak district, and I would like to welcome you to the forum - any comments appreciated!

Lolly x

Thanks for the welcome people,Colin I think that law only applies on the main street at noon so I got that sussed,I only travel through Hereford at night with my headlights off.?????
