Hot water 0 degrees

Hi we have a bailey pegasus gt65 6 berth 2015. Never had any problem with the whale hot water system. We got our caravan serviced a while ago and it came back to us with the hot water system showing 0 degrees. The water system always showed a ambient temperature of the water even when not switched. I have tried to disconnect and refind the hub using code 94253.it reconnects and stays at 0 degrees.
i can't find a reset button on boiler and I have disconnected the coffin shapped box and reconnected.
Has anyone had anything similar to this thankyou

I did he said it wasn't him it must of been unfortunate that it went off at the same time. He looked at it again and was unsure

I don't know our system, but to myself I would suggest the water boiler is empty of water, therefore giving a 0c reading.
Very surprised by your service tech.
