Hot water 0 degrees

Hi we have a bailey pegasus gt65 6 berth 2015. Never had any problem with the whale hot water system. We got our caravan serviced a while ago and it came back to us with the hot water system showing 0 degrees. The water system always showed a ambient temperature of the water even when not switched. I have tried to disconnect and refind the hub using code 94253.it reconnects and stays at 0 degrees.
i can't find a reset button on boiler and I have disconnected the coffin shapped box and reconnected.
Has anyone had anything similar to this thankyou

I don't know your system, but to myself I would suggest the water boiler is empty of water, therefore giving a 0c reading.
Very surprised by your service tech.

An empty boiler would show the temperature of the inside of the 'tank' whether air or water.
0 Deg C sounds like a short circuit temperature sensor ( software designers often place limits on the temperatures displayed based on the voltage input to the micro. Typically temperature sensors used in various applications of 'normal' temperature ranges say -20 to about 120 Deg C are 10k type A ntc thermistors ( decreasing resistance with increasing temperatures) ( i.e 10k ohms at 25 Deg C) and given a standard dropper resistor and +5V supply give an inverse exponential voltage into the micro. The designer then , knowing the min and max temperatures a system will measure, applies a software lineariser program to convert the voltages to degrees C and any voltage outside the 'expected' range will produce a predefined value - such 'hi temp' or 'low temp' or even 'error' or in this case if the voltage is zero ( short in sensor /cable) '0 Deg C'. Removing the front cover ,which exposes mains voltages so be careful , I think the temp sensor wires are yellow( been awhile since I opened one up) and removing them from connectors will cause the micro to register a high temperature.

Yeah its definitely got water in the water comes from the taps cold. Don't get me started with the service man we used. Long story but would never use again. Thanks for replying

That's sounds to difficult for me to do. I think i would be better to take it into a caravan repair place thanks for replying
