How does the shower work?

Hi

I have a Hobby 650 Prestige that has a shower built in. For some reason (probably me) the shower doesn't work in any way. Is there anything I need to do to make it work? Are there any magic switches, pumps etc. I bought the van used so it could be that its just broke, but please let me know what to check to see if this is the case.

Hi Gary.

I don't know your van but what I would look for are the obvious. Is there a valve somewhere in your plumbing not turned on - follow your plumbing from source to shower.Does your pump work. Could it be an airlock. Have you fully charged you water system. Do you get water at the basin and kitchen. If you have checked all this out then if the tap has electric micro switches then thats the probable cause.Good luck.JTS.

It should be as simple as turning the handle. It is worth checking the shower head as on some shower heads there is a trigger to switch the water flow on and off without turning the tap of.
