Nose weights + or - say 5 kg are nothing really especially if your close to the MTPM of your caravan.
I bought a Reich load gauge the type you drive over, It calculated my car to within 25kg of my Guessed weight, the caravan was 75 KG LESS, than the local Scrap metal merchants, weigh bridge.

When we had a motorhome it was parked at home under some trees and the cover was invaluable for keeping it clean.
When we moved to Skye I used the cover but the winds shredded it to pieces and made some marks on the paint work. It only lasted a couple of years.
