ld lines

Is anyone else having problems booking ld lines?

I keep trying to get a price in August, but every time I hit the search the screen frezes, I have to do alt, del to close it.

Nothing wrong with my pc.

Any ideas?

Hi. Booked a couple of months ago and no problem then. Good price and times just right for me. I have heard rumours that they are introducing a second boat on this crossing this year.

We travelled out last February on LD lines to LeHarve because the Bilbao Ferry was on an extened refit. This was the worst crossing ever. Did'nt leave Portsmouth until 12.30am, (90 minutes late), The ferry bombed on at top speed to make up for lost time and the cabin was so hot that it was unbearable and the shower did not work.

To cap it all the restaurant closed at 06.00am, so after about 3 hours sleep and no breakfast we arrived at 07.00....totally knackered. This route is geared up for truckers and I don't think it is suitable for Caravanners.
